Social Responsibility

Theo was the 2020 Section Chair of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Society for Quality. The American Society for Quality is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Theo and friend Bill at the 2016 Tour de SAVE bicycle event in Northfield, MN. Theo has volunteered with Tour de SAVE providing public relations, sending out press releases, and managing media contacts.

Theo has served in various leadership roles within Toastmasters International over the years including service on the International Board of Directors 2009-2011. Toastmasters International is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Theo is a past Director of the all volunteer Minnesota Frisbee Association, and hosted a Minneapolis Aquatennial event, the Sky of 10,000 Frisbees disc freestyle tournament, at Lake Nokomis 1984-1986. The Aquatennial is a 501(c)(3) organization.
